Victoria E. Lovato

Victoria E. Lovato, Esq. is a Director at S&D Law. Ms. Lovato joined S&D Law in January of 2007 after serving as General Counsel to the Colorado Medical Board through the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Ms. Lovato is a graduate of Colorado College (B.A. Mathematics, 1990) and the Arizona State University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1997), where she served as Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Lovato has provided a broad range of legal services to individuals, institutions and business clients in both Colorado and Arizona. Her practice at S&D Law focuses on representation of health care professionals and legal professionals in complex civil litigation and health care matters, including regulatory and disciplinary matters. Ms. Lovato has been appointed as a Commissioner on the Denver Latino Commission and as a Commissioner on the Chief Justice's Commission on Professional Development.

Ms. Lovato also serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries and Community Resources Inc. Ms. Lovato served as President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association in 2005 and is an active member of the Colorado, Denver, Colorado Hispanic, and Colorado Women's Bar Associations.
