Michael L. Schlepp

Michael L. Schlepp, Esq. is a Director and Shareholder at S&D Law. His litigation practice focuses on commercial, real estate, construction, common interest community, fiduciary and professional responsibility, wage and employment, creditor-side bankruptcy, and other business matters. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.S., Business, 2009), and Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 2012) where he was an editor on the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He later served as a judicial clerk to Judge Thomas F. Hogan, United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Maryland and Tennessee. Before joining S&D Law, Mr. Schlepp gained experience at mid-sized law firms in Nashville, Tennessee and the Washington, DC., metro area.
