Michael L. Schlepp
Michael L. Schlepp, Esq. is an associate at S&D Law. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.S., Business, 2009), and Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 2012) where he was an editor on the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He later served as a judicial clerk to Judge Thomas F. Hogan, United States District Court for the District of Columbia. While pursuing his legal education he interned for the United States Food and Drug Administration, Office of Legislation and with the United States Attorney’s Office in Baltimore, Maryland. Before joining S&D Law, Mr. Schlepp gained experience at mid-sized law firms in Nashville, Tennessee and the Washington, DC., metro area. He brings this knowledge with him to his practice which emphasizes civil and commercial litigation, including construction, real estate, fiduciary and professional responsibility, wage and employment, and other business matters. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and Tennessee. His Colorado practice is temporarily authorized pending admission under C.R.C.P. 205.6.
