School Law

We represent a significant number of independent schools throughout Colorado, together with the Association of Colorado Independent Schools (ACIS). Our experience includes helping to craft student, parent and staff policies, enrollment and staff contracts; handling litigation and crisis management; advising on governance and endowment matters; and working collaboratively with the schools on a myriad of other issues that arise in each of our clients unique environments. All of our work is performed while being mindful of each school’s individual mission, culture and traditions.
